From the Executive Director

The Ferree Foundation seeks to promote and support excellence in a wide variety of organizations within the designated geographic area. The Ferree Board of Directors receives many quality proposals and must make many difficult selection decisions. The Board commends all potential grantees, both those we choose to fund as well as those we are unable to fund, for their dedication to improving the quality of life in our community.

In an effort to streamline the application procedure, we ask all prospective grant seekers to initially submit a one-page summary of their project. Staff will review the one page request and respond to the applicant within 30 days. If the project meets basic criteria and is of interest to the Board of Directors, you will be asked to submit a full proposal following the guidelines set forth within for further funding consideration.
